• Can I just come in to buy cupcakes?

  Yes, you can absolutely just walk in and buy cupcakes. We actually offer 36 flavors of cupcakes every day, so you’ll have plenty to choose from!
• Can I pre-order my cupcakes?

  We offer 36 flavors of cupcakes every single day, and there is never a shortage to choose from! It is because of this that we require a one-dozen minimum PER FLAVOR and a 48-hour notice when placing a special order. If you’d like an assortment of flavors, simply come in to hand pick your assortment.
• Can I custom decorate my cupcakes?

  Our super talented bake team would love to custom decorate your cupcakes. Custom decorated cupcakes must be ordered with a minimum of one dozen PER FLAVOR, and each flavor can be custom decorated. (There is an additional charge for custom decoration.)
• How much are your cupcakes?

  For walk-in purchases: One single cupcake in a single container is $3.00; 2 or more cupcakes $2.50 each. Special ordered/custom cupcakes are priced on an individual basis.
• Do you offer quantity discounts?

  Each of our cupcakes is its own work of art…whether we are making one or one hundred, the same amount of love and care goes into each one. There are no quantity discounts.
• Do you make mini’s?

  Minis? We are Italian! We don’t make anything small!
• Do you have cakes available for walk-in purchase?

  All of our traditional cakes are made-to-order with a 48 hour notice. Custom cakes (including fondant) require at least a one week’s ordering notice. Sometimes we can squeeze a cake order in after the deadline, but we say get your order in early to play it safe.
• Are your cupcakes/cakes nut-free?

  Sugar Bakery is not a nut-free facility…as a matter of fact, even our staff is a bit nutty at times! In all seriousness, we handle peanuts and tree nuts on a daily basis. Bowls and utensils are washed in between batters, and although not all of our cupcakes have nuts in them, we use the same equipment to make all of our baked goods.
• Do you offer Gluten free products?

  Often times, especially around the Holidays, we will bring in delicious specialty products, such as Gluten Free items. We do not, however, bake allergy free baked goods at our facility.
• Can I place an order online?

  No, please do not e-mail your order in. There are many details needed when placing an order so we ask that you call to speak with one of team members to place your order. If you have a custom order for a wedding, shower or other large event and you’d like your cupcakes or cake to be custom designed, please call to set up a consultation so that we can set time aside for you to design the cupcakes/cake of your dreams!
• Are your cupcake towers available for rent?

  Yes, we have beautiful cupcake towers in different sizes and styles that are available for rent. Towers that hold up to 70 cupcakes have a $25.00 rental fee with a $75.00 refundable deposit when returned in the proper condition and in the time frame agreed upon. Towers that hold 80+ cupcakes have a $50.00 rental fee with a $75.00 refundable deposit when returned in the proper condition and in the time frame agreed upon.
• Do you deliver?

  At this time, Sugar only delivers our cupcakes when the delivery and set-up of a complete cupcake tower is purchased. We also offer delivery of our tiered fondant cakes. Delivery and set-up is an additional charge, and the cost is determined when the details of the delivery are discussed (time, date and location.)
• Do you ship your cupcakes?

  We think the world would be a sweeter place if people all over the world could taste them… But unfortunately we have not found a secure and efficient way to ship our delicious and delicate cupcakes.
• Do your cupcakes have to be refrigerated?

  Yes, any cupcake with a filling or cream cheese frosting does have to be refrigerated. While basic buttercream cupcakes do not have to be refrigerated, we suggest that you do store all of our cupcakes in the refrigerator for the best quality until you are ready to dig in. You can store them for up to four days when refrigerated in an air-tight container, and be sure to serve them at room temperature.
